Repo/auto-clone is removed from every agent-start contract: neither SpawnPeerRequest nor ProvisionAgentWorkspaceRequest carries repo/ref; agents self-clone after launch with the container’s scoped git credential (post-MVP: a clone tool so agents hold no creds). Resolves OQ-4 (Workspace.Source optional->removed).
