The advancing-card affordance ships as a dormant CSS hook (.cx-card[data-advancing] chase-light on existing motion tokens with a load-bearing reduced-motion display:none guard), wired to no live data until a store transition-timestamp source lands; the motion-spec addition routes to the D9/foundation motion lane, the data field to the store lane
