Inline-image session blobs survive resume through the Server: bytes go through the existing ObjectStore seam under the content-addressed key blobs/<sha256> with a tenant-RLS Postgres index row; capture is best-effort and never fails a turn or a resume; with no object store there is no blob persistence and a resumed agent sees the fixed text [image unavailable after resume] instead of the SDK’s undecodable-image warning. Lifts DL-087’s inline-image out-of-scope clause
