Worker tasks are in-process OMP subagents in the Manager’s container — no Compass handle, account, or channel; SDK-native idle/park/revive lifecycle addressed by registry id over OMP-internal IRC; EPHEMERAL across Manager relaunch (completed results survive in the resumed transcript; in-flight work is lost). Compass comms tools are Manager-only; subagents get OMP-internal IRC only
