Archiving a Compass issue is a lifecycle transition to a terminal ARCHIVED state via UpdateIssueState, not a separate archived_at marker field or a separate ArchiveIssue RPC; an archived issue drops off the active board and is listed in the Done view’s Archived section, and every board item carries a forge identity (ForgeRef provider+host) so multi-forge artifacts never collide on repo alone
