A live agent’s state dot is a client-side join over the per-account AccountSession that the event stream keeps, projected through agentDotState, with comms presence as the fallback. On READY the order is waiting (presence WAITING) > done > idle; done means the last WORKING→READY time is after the agent’s last-opened time, which is persisted per workspace in localStorage. No proto change
