A Compass window hosts several view instances (in-window tabs and a two-pane split). Each view instance owns its DL-127 path through a per-view ViewScope that surfaces read via useView(); the routed selection (view, channel, topic, agent) and the agent-workspace tab state move out of the store singletons, and the store’s routed accessors derive from the focused view. Issue selection stays window-wide. This names the rework that DL-160’s “admitted without rework” clause did not foresee
