DL-424

Compass text entry uses the D3 primitives, each imported by the component that uses it: top search and the shortcuts search are cx-search, new-topic fields are cx-input, and the channel composer is a textarea.cx-composer that grows to its content up to 40vh (Enter sends, Shift-Enter inserts a newline, Enter during IME composition does nothing) with a primary cx-btn send; a new --cx-border-field (mute) edges text boxes
