DL-423

A channel message renders the rigel.build anatomy on .msg directly: author handle in text color, a kind tag (AGENT/HUMAN/SYSTEM), an ASK flag for an ask block and a STEER flag for an @-mention of an agent, time pushed right in faint, body in dim text; a human message sits on the raised surface with a 2px accent left rule. The .msg-role author colors and --cx-author-system are deleted
